Leverless Dual Pressure Wheels
Upper and lower pressure wheels work in tandem through the integrated center post, pressing the bead on and off without a mount lever ever touching the rim face. The synchronized lift system moves both heads together, which speeds the cycle as well as protecting the wheel.
Hydraulic Control Instead of Shop-Air Cylinders
Hydraulics hold consistent pressure through the whole stroke, without the surging pneumatic cylinders produce on run flat and stiff low profile sidewalls. The 2 HP pump runs at 8-10 bar working pressure, operates quieter, and demands less shop air capacity.
Servo Motor Drive with Stepless Speed
The 110-flange servo motor delivers 6.0 Nm of torque with 3000 RPM capability and stepless speed control, so rotation speed matches tire stiffness and bead condition. Better low-speed torque for stubborn beads, quieter than standard induction motors.
Automatic Bead Blast Inflation
The dual-button blast system seats beads quickly with built-in protection against accidental activation. Set the target pressure and the automatic inflation completes the fill without someone standing on the gauge.
3D Radar Data Entry on the Balancer
The FWB-8833's sensor arm swings into position and millimeter wave radar measures rim diameter, width, and offset automatically. No caliper positioning, no keyed-in data, no entry errors turning into comeback vibrations.
7 Second Measurement with Laser Placement
The approx. 200 RPM shaft completes a measurement spin in 7 seconds. The wheel auto-rotates to the balance point and locks while a laser projects the exact weight location on the rim.
Controls and Cooling Built for the Bay
