Features
Pneumatic Tilt-Back Tower
The tower tilts back on air to open clearance for mounting and demounting, then an automatic push-pull lock holds it rigid in the working position. Once set for a rim size, the head maintains its clearance without re-adjusting.
Helper Arm with Three-Point Pressing
The integrated helper arm and three-point tire push system hold the bead down in the drop center during mounting, on an independent column so it stays put. This is the difference between managing low-profile and run-flat tires and fighting them.
Bead Blast with Double-Button Safety
The turbo blast seats stubborn beads fast, and firing it takes both buttons pressed together, so accidental activation is off the table. A built-in pressure limiter guards against over-inflation.
5,510 lb Bead Breaker
At 10 bar the bead breaker develops 5,510 lb of force, enough for corroded rims and run-flat sidewalls. The blade carries a protective pad like every other tire-contacting tool on the machine.
Four-Jaw Self-Centering Turntable
Synchronized four-jaw linkage clamps from the outside in and centers the wheel automatically, on a one-piece machined chuck base that resists deformation over years of clamping. A central bead pressing system speeds up secure holds.
Hardened Working Head
The mount/demount head is high-frequency quenched and hard chrome plated, mounted on a detachable swing arm for precise bead positioning.

Call (855) 498-2147Frequently Asked Questions
What rim and tire sizes does it handle?
14-26 in outer clamping, 16-28 in inner clamping, tires to 47 in diameter and 15 in width. That covers passenger cars and light trucks.
Can it do low-profile and run-flat tires?
Yes. The helper arm and three-point pressing hold the bead in the drop center during mounting, which is exactly what those tires require.
Will it scratch alloy wheels?
Every tire-contacting tool (working head, jaws, bead lever, bead breaker) wears a protective cover or pad, so alloy and custom wheels can be serviced without rim damage.
What power and air does it need?
Either 110V single-phase or 220V three-phase, with a 30 mA breaker, 25A fuse, and grounding, plus 116-145 PSI compressed air.
What routine maintenance does it want?
Clean the turntable with diesel oil, lubricate the clamp slideways, keep the oil mist device filled with ISO VG32 oil, retighten clamp screws after the first 20 days, and check belt tension if motor power drops.
How heavy is it to move in?
485 lb net.

If something's not working out, just let us know. Keep in mind that some items might have a restocking fee. Check the product page for the specifics.
No worries, we've got you covered. We can send replacement parts or arrange for a new delivery. Just make sure to inspect everything when it arrives and give us a heads up right away if something's off.
All the details are at the bottom of our site under Shipping & Return Policy. You'll find everything about returns, freight damage, and any brand-specific rules.
Most larger items like car lifts and heavy equipment ship free, but depending on the brand there might be freight costs. Smaller items almost always have shipping fees via UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. We'll show you any extra costs before you check out.
Shipping estimates are just that: estimates, and they're not guaranteed. Weather, freight delays, and carrier issues can throw things off, especially with bigger items. If you're on a tight timeline for installation, it's smart to give yourself some wiggle room.
Yep! Once it ships, we'll email you the tracking info so you can keep tabs on your delivery and plan accordingly.
We always send tracking info once your order ships. If it's been more than five business days and you haven't heard anything, just shoot us a message at support@garagesupplyguys.com or hit us up through the Contact Us page. We'll figure out what's going on.
Make sure whatever you're buying will actually fit your space. That means checking ceiling height, floor space, power requirements, and whether freight delivery can even get to your location. Trust us, it's way easier to confirm these details upfront.
Read through the product details carefully, especially for heavy or specialized items. If you're not sure about fit, shipping, installation, or anything else, just ask. We'd rather help you get it right the first time.
