All tire changer functions run from a joystick, keeping the operator positioned away from the wheel during mount and dismount. The vertical column layout provides the clearance that 59 in tires demand.
Bidirectional Mount/Dismount Head
The head works in both directions for faster changes, and the bead pressing roller aligns on a scale for precise positioning. Dual 1.5 kW motors drive the hydraulic pump and gearbox.
Hydraulic Chuck with Safety Check Valve
The chuck holds the wheel even if a hydraulic line breaks, and a pressure relief valve set at 130 bar keeps operation controlled. On wheels that can weigh over a ton, this is the feature that matters most.
Sealed Gearbox for Fleet Duty
The gearbox runs sealed against the grit of a truck shop, extending gear life through daily fleet volume rather than occasional use.
Aluminum Wheel and Passenger Car Provisions
Jaw protectors for aluminum truck wheels and a passenger vehicle tire adapter are both included, so one machine covers the fleet trucks and the service writer's sedan.
Pneumatic Wheel Lift Cart
Roll a heavy wheel onto the platform, raise it to shaft height with the pneumatic valve, align the center hole, and lock it with the quick nut. Nobody manually lifts a 400 lb assembly onto a balancer shaft. The cart runs on 87 to 130 PSI shop air.
Truck-Rated Balancing at ±3g
The FWB-5733 takes 10 to 28 in rims, wheel diameters to 47 in, and assemblies to 440 lb, balancing to ±3g in dynamic, static, and ALU modes. An automatic brake holds the wheel for weight placement, self-calibration keeps it accurate, and the vibration-damped motor keeps the noise down.

Level concrete at least 8 in (20 cm) thick, B25 grade or equivalent. Anchor bolts are required when working with wheels over 500 kg. Combined equipment weight is approximately 1,789 lb.
