Pneumatic Tilt-Back Tower
The column tilts back pneumatically and locks with automatic push-pull locking, opening clearance over the wheel for mounting and demounting. No wrestling a tire around a fixed tower.
Helper Arm with Three-Point Push
The integrated helper arm holds the bead down while three press points guide the tire over the rim. Low profile and run flat sidewalls stay in the drop center instead of fighting the working head.
Turbo Bead Blaster
A direct-connect blast pipe delivers a high-volume burst of air to seat stubborn beads, with dual-button activation so it cannot fire by accident. The changer operates on 116-145 PSI shop air.
Four-Jaw Self-Centering Turntable
The linkage structure centers wheels automatically from the outside in, and the one-piece machined chuck base resists deformation under clamping loads. The working head is high-frequency quenched and hard chrome plated for wear resistance, and detaches for maintenance.
3D Millimeter Wave Radar Data Entry
