Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty
The Dragonfire Pro Series 17-Drawer Workbench is backed by Dragonfire Tools' Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the original owner.
Should a manufacturing defect be identified, Dragonfire Tools will, at their sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. To file a claim, contact Dragonfire Tools at +1 (855) 498-2147 or email support@garagesupplyguys.com with photos of the defect, model number, serial number, and date of purchase.
Not covered: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, improper installation, normal wear and tear, over-the-road use, or acts of nature. Wearable parts such as drawer slides and detents are not covered. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Delivery Options
Curbside Delivery: Standard delivery to your driveway or curbside. A person 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery. Customer is responsible for unloading. At 783 lb product weight, this workbench requires appropriate equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, or loading dock access for unloading. Please plan accordingly before your delivery date.
White Glove Delivery: Available in select areas. Includes delivery into your garage or shop with basic placement. Clear a path from driveway to the delivery location before arrival. An individual 18 years or older with access to the location must be present. Additional charges apply.
Lift Gate Service: If you need lift gate service for curbside delivery, a $50 charge will be added to your order. If you have specific delivery concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery, conduct a visual inspection of the packaging before signing. Document any exterior damage with photos and written notes on the delivery receipt. If you plan to move the product into your shop on delivery day, we recommend having at least two capable individuals available to assist with unpacking and placement.
