Coats 8000378 Straight Brass Fitting - 1/4" Barb x 1/8" Male NPT

A worn or cracked air fitting is all it takes to sideline a tire changer mid-job. The Coats 8000378 is the OEM straight brass fitting that gets your machine back in service fast. It's a 1/8" Male NPT to 1/4" barb connection, rated to 300 PSI, and it drops right into the air circuits on a wide range of Coats tire changers and select Coats balancers. No searching for aftermarket substitutes that may or may not seat correctly.

Grade C37700 brass handles continuous shop air exposure without corroding or seizing over time. That matters on a fitting that lives inside the machine where you won't be inspecting it regularly. The hex grip on the nipple gives you a clean wrench seat for installation, and the barb end is designed for standard 1/4" ID hose with a crimped or hose clamp connection. It goes in straight, seals tight, and stays that way.

This fitting is confirmed for RC Series machines (RC-200EX, RC-150EX, RC-45, RC-55), X-models (50X through 90X), APX Series (APX80, APX90), and GTS Series (GTS50, GTS60, GTS70, GTS90). If you're not sure which fitting your machine uses, the 90-degree elbow version is part number 8110497. Stock the right one and you're back on the floor without a service call.
