Challenger Lifts RJ15 Rolling Jack - 15,000 lb Four Post Lift Rolling Jack
If you're running a 4-post lift and still dragging a floor jack or wrestling with a bottle jack every time you need to access a pick-up point, you're burning time you don't have. The Challenger Lifts RJ15 rolling jack mounts directly to your lift's accessory rail and rolls along the runway to wherever the job needs it. No repositioning the vehicle, no separate jack setup, no awkward reaches under the frame. Roll it in, extend the arms to the manufacturer-specified lift points, and raise.
This is a challenger lift rolling jack rated for 15,000 lbs on an air/hydraulic system, so it handles everything from daily passenger cars to heavy SUVs and light trucks without breaking a sweat. The adjustable width spans 43 in. to 53.5 in., giving you the reach to hit lift points across a wide range of vehicle widths. Footpad extensions are included so you can close the gap when standard pads won't quite reach the pinch welds or frame rails on tighter vehicles.
Low-profile design keeps the workspace clear and unobstructed when the jack is stowed. Two-hand operation is built into the controls, which means both hands stay engaged and away from pinch points during the raise. That's not just a safety feature - it's one less thing to think about when you're focused on the vehicle above you. Max operating air pressure is 150 PSI, which plays well with standard shop air systems.
The RJ15 ships free to the lower 48 states, and our team is available to help before and after your purchase. Call us with questions before you order - we'd rather get you the right setup than have you figure it out after the fact.

Installation & Setup
Compatibility
The RJ15 is designed for the Model 4030 Series 4-Post lift. It mounts to the accessory rail built into the lift runways. Confirm your lift model before ordering to ensure proper fitment.
Air Connection
Install a 1/4 in. NPT male quick disconnect coupling into the air inlet on the pre-installed FRL. Match the coupling to your existing shop fittings. The jack won't operate without a proper air connection, so have your shop fitting type ready before you start.
Mounting to the Lift
Loosen the side-member locking bolts (four 17mm hex head bolts, two per side) and remove the capture plates (four 9/16 in. hex head bolts, two per side). Center the jack assembly on the lift rack rails and reinstall the capture plates as shown in the included manual. Adjust the capture plates so they clear the bottom of the runway without contact, then roll the jack the full length of the runway to verify clearance and proper roller wheel positioning on both sides. Once confirmed, tighten the side-member locking bolts and lock them with the jam nuts.
Before First Use
Run the jack through a couple of full cycles before lifting any vehicle. This lets you get comfortable with the controls and confirms everything is operating correctly. Always check the in-line lubricator oil level as part of your initial setup routine.
Safety Notes
Roll the jack forward before moving any vehicle onto or off the lift. If the jack tilts during a raise, stop immediately, lower the jack, and reposition the vehicle before continuing. Lift only at vehicle manufacturer-recommended pick-up points and distribute weight evenly across both lift pads.
Applications
The RJ15 is the right call for any shop running a 4030-series 4-post lift that needs reliable under-vehicle access without the hassle of secondary floor jacks.
Get the vehicle up on the lift and use the rolling jack to raise individual corners or axles to the exact height needed for caliper removal, shock replacement, or control arm work. No floor jack juggling required.
Roll the jack to the section of the vehicle you're working on, raise it clear of the runways, and get full access to mufflers, catalytic converters, or frame components without extra equipment crowding the workspace.
For shops running high-volume oil changes or multi-point inspections on a 4 post rolling bridge jack setup, the RJ15 keeps your techs moving without stopping to reposition a floor jack between vehicles.
Lift a single axle or corner for wheel removal during tire rotations or rim swaps. The adjustable width and included footpad extensions let you reach the right lift points regardless of vehicle type.

Frequently Asked Questions
What 4-post lifts is the Challenger Lifts RJ15 compatible with?
The RJ15 is specifically designed for the Model 4030 Series 4-Post lift from Challenger Lifts. It mounts to the accessory rail built into those lift runways. If you're unsure whether your lift is a 4030 Series, check your lift model number or call us at (855) 498-2147 before ordering.
Do I need any additional fittings or hardware to connect the RJ15 to my shop air?
Yes. You'll need a 1/4 in. NPT male quick disconnect coupling to connect the jack's FRL to your shop air supply. The coupling is not included and should match your existing shop fittings. The FRL itself comes pre-installed on the jack. Maximum operating air pressure is 150 PSI.
Can I use the RJ15 to lift any part of a vehicle?
No. You should only lift a vehicle at the manufacturer-recommended pick-up points for that specific vehicle. Vehicle weight must be distributed evenly across both lift pads. If the jack begins to tilt during a raise, stop immediately, lower the jack, and reposition before continuing. Included footpad extensions help you reach a wider range of pick-up points.
What does routine maintenance on the RJ15 involve?
On a daily basis, inspect the jack and its components for damage or wear, check the air/hydraulic system for leaks, and verify the in-line lubricator oil level. Annually, check the hydraulic pump fluid level by fully lowering the jack, removing the breather plug, and confirming the oil is at the top of the filler plug hole. Replace any worn or damaged parts with Challenger Lifts-approved components.
Does the RJ15 ship for free?
Yes. The Challenger Lifts RJ15 ships free to all addresses in the lower 48 states. Call (855) 498-2147 if you have questions about freight handling or delivery specifics before your order ships.
