The LE12-3S is Challenger's fixed-width 12,000 lb lift for shops that need three-stage reach at all four corners. It provides a 103-inch drive-through, 27.5 to 54.5-inch arm reach, single-point lock release, and a published 77.75-inch rise.
Each column configuration supports a reduced-height and full-height overhead position, letting the installer match the lift to the verified ceiling clearance. Note that 175 inches is a standard-column setting, not the extended model. The 2-foot extension needs at least 191 inches of clear ceiling.

Three-Stage Arms at All Four Corners
Front and rear arms extend from 27.5 to 54.5 inches for a broad range of approved vehicle pickup-point layouts within the 3,000 lb per-arm limit.
Single-Point Mechanical Lock Release
Both column locks release from the power-column side after the lift is raised clear of the locks.

Installation Requirements
Site and Installation Requirements
- Install indoors only. Verify vertical clearance for the selected standard or 2-foot-extension overhead configuration.
- Concrete must be at least 4 inches thick, steel reinforced, rated 3,500 psi, cured for 28 days, and free of disqualifying cracks, seams, spalling, or deterioration.
- Keep anchors at least 8 inches from cracks, slab edges, and expansion joints. Floor level tolerance is 3/8 inch across the installation area.
- Published electrical requirement is 208-230 V, single phase, 60 Hz, 20A. Provide a dedicated circuit sized from the current wiring diagram and local code.
- Maintain at least 12 feet to the nearest obstruction on each vehicle-travel side, plus 6 feet to a side obstruction or 7 feet to a wall.
- Use qualified personnel for installation, adjustment, inspection, and maintenance.
