This kit includes the QuickCycle hydraulic system and standard column-mounted controls, all factory-matched to the EW12 platform. Your superstructure and pre-kit need to be installed before this kit goes in. The completed system delivers 12,000 lb of lifting capacity with 88 inches of drive-through clearance.

Both kits include QuickCycle hydraulics for faster lift and lower cycles. The difference is the control configuration. This QC kit uses standard column-mounted controls integrated directly into the lift structure. The BMC-QC version places the controls at a separate workstation bench. Challenger's limited warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts for the original owner, including reasonable labor and transportation costs. The lift must be installed, used, and maintained per Challenger's specifications. Coverage excludes consumable items, normal wear, and damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs.
