Stop improvising. Use the right pad.

If your shop runs Challenger CL Series 10K or 12K two-post lifts, you already know the problem. The ears on the screw adapter pads create interference at certain lift points, and techs end up grabbing pieces of wood or scrap metal to get the job done. That's a workaround, not a solution.

The Challenger Lifts EVRB-15 1.5" Green Rubber Block Kit gives you a purpose-built alternative. These 4" x 4" rubber spacer pads sit flat between the ears of your 10K and 12K screw adapters, giving you a clean, ear-free surface that won't gouge body panels or damage lift points. Rubber construction means the contact is firm but forgiving. No ears, no sharp edges, no improvised scrap.

Keep a set of EVRB-15s alongside the thinner EVRB-10 and you'll have the right spacer height on hand for whatever comes through the bay.
