Pneumatic Requirements
90 - 120 PSI clean, dry, lubricated, and pressure-regulated shop air supply required. The air supply must run through a Filter/Regulator/Lubricator (FLR) within 30 feet of the factory-assembled air valve. Failure to provide properly conditioned air will void the warranty on pneumatic components.
Service Bay Layout
Minimum 12' bay height recommended. Allow 13' minimum from the nearest obstruction behind the lift, 7' minimum to the side, and 10' minimum in front. The power unit should be wall-mounted or on a floor pedestal, positioned out of the working area. Indoor use only.
Professional Installation
Professional installation by qualified technicians is required. Upper components installation involves hydraulic and pneumatic line routing through the PVC chase, power unit mounting, cylinder bleeding, XP9 superstructure assembly, controls installation, and silicone sealing of all cover joints.
