Freight Service
Ships via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight on a 48-foot flatbed semi-truck from Challenger Lifts' distribution center in Louisville, KY. Typical transit time is 12 to 21 days depending on your location. You are responsible for scheduling a delivery appointment with the freight carrier.
Receiving
Customer is responsible for unloading at delivery location. A forklift capable of lifting the full weight of the lift is required. Lift gate delivery is not available for auto lifts. Inspect all packages before signing the Bill of Lading and note any visible damage before the driver departs. Contact Challenger Lifts immediately if hidden damage is discovered after receipt.
