Challenger’s 18,000 lb. capacity medium-duty 4-post lift is perfect for shops servicing light- and medium-duty vehicles. The 44018 model features leaf chains and sealed roller bearings, ensuring durability and smooth operation. Available in both general service and alignment models, it provides flexibility for a variety of automotive services.

Lifts and Larger Products
Your Lift ships on a Flatbed Freight Truck. It is taken to your location on a 48-foot semi-truck. Please note the following before making your purchase:
- You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The driver will not unload it for you.
- Lift Gate delivery service is not available for auto lifts.
- You cannot unload a lift by hand; you must have machinery capable of lifting the full weight of your auto lift, such as a forklift.
- If you cannot unload from the truck, we can ship to the nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
- You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment.
When your lift ships, we will email you the carrier information and tracking number. Freight shipping can take 12-21 days depending on your location, so please be patient.
Smaller Products/Accessories
Smaller products and accessories will typically be shipped using standard shipping methods. However, larger items or specific products may require freight shipping. After your purchase, we will inform you of the shipping method for your order. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
At Garage Supply Guys, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their Challenger products. If you are not fully satisfied, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution.
General Return Guidelines
All returns for Challenger products are reviewed individually. If a return is approved, the item must be in new, unused condition, and returned with its original packaging and all included materials. Restocking Fee
Approved returns for Challenger products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of handling, inspection, and restocking the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the Challenger product you received is defective or damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us immediately upon receipt by contacting our support team at support@garagesupplyguys.com or +1 (855)-498-2147.
Replacement Process
In case of defective or damaged Challenger products, we may require documentation (such as photos) to verify the issue before processing the replacement. Once verified, we will send the replacement at no cost to you.
