Heavy-Duty Aircraft Cable System
Four 3/8" stainless steel aircraft cables, each rated for 14,400 lb. Combined rating exceeds 640% of the lift's 9,000 lb capacity. Dual-hub cable sheaves distribute loads evenly and prevent premature wear. All cables route internally through the columns, protected from shop contamination and accidental damage.
14-Position Automatic Safety Locks
14 locking positions every 4" across the 70" rise. Four locks engage simultaneously as the lift rises. Push-button pneumatic release disengages all locks at once for controlled lowering. Independent backup slack-cable safety latches provide secondary protection.
Low-Profile Runway Design
5" minimum runway height with extended approach ramps for low-clearance vehicles. Sports cars and lowered vehicles drive on without scraping air dams or underbody components. Runways feature a durable matte finish for tire grip.

Thickness: Minimum 4.25", fully cured (28 days minimum). Strength: Minimum 3,000 PSI. Surface: Level within 3 degrees of slope. Anchors: 16 total (4 per post), 0.75" diameter × 4.75" length.

Power: 220 VAC / 60 Hz / Single-phase. Circuit: 25 amp circuit breaker required. Licensed electrician required for all wiring.
Air Supply
Air compressor required for safety lock release. Specification: Minimum 30 PSI / 3 CFM. Air supply is the responsibility of the end-user to provide and maintain.
