The BendPak 20AP is a 20,000 lb clear-floor two-post lift for Class 1-5 commercial vehicles. Dual direct-drive hydraulic cylinders eliminate cables and chains entirely. Patented ASARS swing arm restraints grip with 2,000+ lbs of holding force to prevent arm drift when you're pulling engines or transmissions. Includes a 12-piece adapter set and runs on standard 208-230V single-phase power.

The patented Automatic Swing Arm Restraint System grips arms with 2,000+ lbs of holding force. It engages automatically when arms contact the vehicle frame. No manual locks to set. When you remove an engine or transmission, the vehicle's weight shifts. ASARS keeps the arms from slipping. Quick-release lever when you need to reposition.
Direct-Drive Hydraulic Cylinders
Dual hydraulic cylinders lift the carriages directly. No cables, no chains, no equalizers, no pulleys. That means no cable adjustments and no synchronization checks. The 5 HP motor brings the lift to full height in 79 seconds. Runs on 208-230V single-phase power. Safety locks engage every 3-4 inches.
Clear-Floor Design
Nothing on the floor between columns. Roll jacks, creepers, and equipment move freely. 126 inches between posts with 107.75" drive-through clearance. Multi-face column construction spreads load across multiple bearing surfaces. Self-lubricating UHMW polyethylene bearings cut maintenance to annual fluid checks.
Adjustable Arm Reach
Arms extend from 35 to 62 inches. Works in symmetric or asymmetric positions. Handles compact cars and Class 5 trucks without needing different lifts. Minimum pad height is 8 inches. Max lifting height with adapters is 90.25 inches.
Extended Height Option

Concrete: Minimum 8 inches thick with 3,000 PSI strength. Must be 28-day cured. Maximum 3-degree slope. Post-tension slabs require engineering verification.
