20,000 lb capacity for Class 1-5 commercial vehicles
193" extended height for high-roof vans and tall trucks
ASARS swing arm restraints with 2,000+ lb holding force
Direct-drive hydraulics, no cables or chains
ALI Gold certified, 5-year structural warranty

Who It's For

Fleet maintenance operations: Service delivery trucks, utility vehicles, and Class 4-5 commercial equipment. The 193" height gives tall technicians standing room under raised trucks, and the 107.75" drive-through clears wide dually pickups.

Emergency vehicle shops: Fire apparatus, ambulances, and rescue trucks with roof-mounted equipment need the extra column height. The 20,000 lb capacity handles fully loaded emergency vehicles.

Municipal and airport facilities: Ground support equipment, transit buses, and public works trucks. The clear-floor design keeps the work area open for transmission jacks, exhaust equipment, and alignment racks.

Features

ASARS Swing Arm Restraints

The patented Automatic Swing Arm Restraint System grips arms with 2,000+ lb of holding force. It engages automatically when arms contact the vehicle frame. No manual locks to set. When you remove an engine or transmission, the vehicle's weight shifts. ASARS keeps the arms from slipping. Single-point release when you need to reposition.

193" Extended Column Height

Standard two-post lifts top out around 145-150". The 20AP-192 adds 24" of headroom, reaching 193" overall. Maximum lifting height is 90.25" with adapters. This fits high-roof cargo vans, ambulances with rooftop HVAC, and fire trucks. Tall techs can work under raised vehicles without ducking.

Direct-Drive Hydraulic Cylinders

Dual hydraulic cylinders lift the carriages directly. No cables, no chains, no equalizers. That's 60% fewer maintenance points than cable-driven lifts. Full rise in 45 seconds. Runs on 220 VAC single-phase power. Noise stays under 70 dB.

Clear-Floor Design

Nothing on the floor between columns. Roll jacks, creepers, and alignment equipment move freely. The 107.75" drive-through width handles wide trucks and duallys. Multi-face column construction spreads load across multiple bearing surfaces. UHMW polyethylene bearings run without grease, cutting maintenance to annual inspections.

Expandable Top Beam and Bi-Metric Arms

Overall width adjusts up to 168". Arms extend from 35" to 65" and work in symmetric or asymmetric positions. One lift handles compact cars and Class 5 box trucks. No need for separate lifts for different vehicle types.

Complete Adapter Set Included

Ships with 12 adapters: (4) 2.5" medium stack, (4) 5" tall stack, and (4) drop-in frame cradle pads. Double-telescoping screw pads add 6+" of fine adjustment. Padded overhead safety shutoff bar, all mounting anchors, and installation hardware included.
