American Forge and Foundry warrants this equipment to the final purchaser to be free from operating defects in material and workmanship for one year from purchase. If the equipment is found to be defective during that period, AFF will, at its option, repair or replace it at no charge - provided the unit is shipped prepaid with proof of purchase to AFF or an authorized Field Service Depot.
This warranty does not cover damage from accident, overload, or abuse, and does not apply to products that have been altered or used with attachments not recommended by American Forge and Foundry.
AFF's sole obligation is to repair or replace any product or part determined to be defective as described above. AFF is not liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, production time, or related expenses.
