American Forge and Foundry warrants all equipment to the final purchaser to be free from operating defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a stand is found to be defective during the warranty period, AFF will - at its option - repair or replace it at no charge, provided the equipment is shipped prepaid with proof of purchase to AFF or an authorized Field Service Depot.
This warranty does not apply to products damaged by accident, overload, abuse, or alteration, or to products used with attachments not expressly recommended by American Forge and Foundry.
The seller's sole obligation - and the buyer's sole remedy - is repair or replacement of any defective product or part. AFF is not liable for special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, production time, or expenses of any nature.
