If the equipment is found to be defective during the warranty period, AFF will, at its option, repair or replace it at no charge - provided the equipment is returned with proof of purchase and prepaid transportation to AFF or an authorized Field Service Depot.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, overload, abuse, or the use of attachments not expressly recommended by American Forge & Foundry. Torque wrench calibration carries a separate 90-day warranty from point of purchase.
AFF's sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective products. AFF is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including lost profits or production time.
