American Forge & Foundry warrants to the final purchaser that all equipment is free from operating defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Torque wrench calibration is warranted for 90 days from purchase.
If the product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, AFF will, at its option, repair or replace it at no charge - provided the equipment is shipped prepaid with proof of purchase to American Forge & Foundry or an authorized Field Service Depot.
This warranty does not cover damage from accident, overload, abuse, alteration, or use with attachments not expressly recommended by AFF. No other warranties, express or implied, apply. AFF's sole obligation is repair or replacement of the defective product. AFF is not liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or production time.
