This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, overload, abuse, or use with unauthorized attachments. It excludes any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective product. AFF is not liable for incidental, consequential, or other damages including lost profits or production time.
