If equipment is found to be defective during the warranty period, american forge and foundry inc will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge, provided it is shipped with transportation charges prepaid along with proof of purchase to American Forge & Foundry or an authorized Field Service Depot.
This warranty does not cover products damaged by accident, overload, or abuse, or any product altered or used with attachments not expressly recommended by American Forge & Foundry, Inc.
There are no other warranties, express or implied. The seller's sole obligation is to repair or replace any product determined to be defective. In no event shall the seller be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, production time, or expenses of any nature.
