Challenger’s midrise lift is designed to improve the efficiency of any workshop. The lift is portable, equipped with a motor mounted on a durable tow dolly, and can be used on concrete surfaces both indoors and outdoors. It optimizes space while allowing for convenient service of brakes or tires. The 6,000 lb. capacity can lift vehicles ranging from small cars to light trucks. It also comes with auxiliary adapters to accommodate a wide range of vehicle lift points. The lift’s key features include a sliding and rotating arm design with rubber pads, low drive-over clearance, and more, making it a versatile tool for any garage.

Lifts and Larger Products
Your Lift ships on a Flatbed Freight Truck. It is taken to your location on a 48-foot semi-truck. Please note the following before making your purchase:
- You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The driver will not unload it for you.
- Lift Gate delivery service is not available for auto lifts.
- You cannot unload a lift by hand; you must have machinery capable of lifting the full weight of your auto lift, such as a forklift.
- If you cannot unload from the truck, we can ship to the nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
- You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment.
When your lift ships, we will email you the carrier information and tracking number. Freight shipping can take 12-21 days depending on your location, so please be patient.
Smaller Products/Accessories
Smaller products and accessories will typically be shipped using standard shipping methods. However, larger items or specific products may require freight shipping. After your purchase, we will inform you of the shipping method for your order. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Returns

General Return Guidelines
All returns for Challenger products are reviewed individually. If a return is approved, the item must be in new, unused condition, and returned with its original packaging and all included materials. Restocking Fee
Approved returns for Challenger products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of handling, inspection, and restocking the returned product.

Replacement Process
In case of defective or damaged Challenger products, we may require documentation (such as photos) to verify the issue before processing the replacement. Once verified, we will send the replacement at no cost to you.
