Limited Lift Warranty Statement
All VSG serialized and capital equipment is warranted to the original owner.

Warranty Information
Important: The warranty period begins once the lift is invoiced to an authorized Distributor/ Purchaser/ Account. This date can be adjusted by submitting the Warranty Activation Form indicating the installation date or by proof of purchase. The warranty period can only be adjusted for a period of 6 months after the original ship date unless approved by VSG Customer Service. VSG shall repair or replace those parts returned to the factory, which prove upon inspection to be defective, and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period as stated above. Items replaced under warranty will assume the warranty of the original item.

This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, operated, used, and maintained in accordance with specifications as set forth in installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when unauthorized repairs or alterations have been attempted or made to the product.

To activate the first-year parts and labor warranty on Shockwave™, SmartLift®, Dual Control, One-Touch Control, VREX, EFX, Parallelogram, HDC, and MOD products, the installation shall be done by a Rotary Authorized Installer (RAI) and the product installation registered with the factory.

Exceptions: Mobile Columns - Rollers have Lifetime Functional Warranty, Cylinders have 5-Year Functional Warranty, Controls have 2-Year Functional Warranty.
Exclusions: Batteries (warrantied by battery manufacturer), Paint defects due to external influences (accidental damage, climatic, thermal, chemical, or industrial pollution), wear items (cables, sheaves, adapter pads, radius gages, rear steers, lights, etc.). Air-powered items damaged by external fluids & moisture.

Limitation of Liability:
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall VSG be liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind, including damages for breach or delay in performance of the warranty. All remedies must be completed utilizing a VSG Authorized Installer.

This warranty is exclusive, and all other expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly excluded. This warranty shall be governed under the laws of the State of Indiana and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the State of Indiana in the County of Jefferson.

All items for sale on our site will be shipped to the designated address upon completion of order. We will ship to your desired site once payment is authorized. Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time if you are not entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Returns will be offered with a 20% restocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for return freight.
