B12062-12 has been replaced with B12162S-12. Heavy-duty single-telescoping polyurethane screw pads come standard with all 12,000 lb., 15,000 lb., and 18,000 lb. capacity 2-post and in-ground lifts.

Warranty

Challenger Lifts Warranty Agreement

Challenger Lifts, Inc. lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI's option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used, and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lift, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer, or other person or entity is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.

The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential, or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.

Functional Parts

Functional parts are any wear items, as defined from time to time by Challenger Lifts. Examples include power units, cylinders, sheaves, hoses, cables, controls, etc., and may differ depending on the model of lift.

Structural Parts

Structural parts are items, as defined from time to time by Challenger Lifts, Inc., that are not Functional Parts and include items like carriage, columns, arms, runways, plungers, etc., and may differ depending on the type of lift.

Extended Warranty

An extended warranty is available for purchase for NEW CL/EV Series lifts. The Extended Warranty must be purchased within 30 days of lift invoice and extends the Functional Parts coverage by an additional 3 years (5 Years total). The lift must be installed by an authorized Challenger installer. The extended warranty does not apply to accessories.

Shipping Information

Shipping Policy Estimated Processing & Shipping Times for Orders

Your Lift ships on a Flatbed Freight Truck. It is taken to your location on a 48-foot semi-truck. Please note the following before making your purchase:

  • You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The driver will not unload it for you.
  • Lift Gate delivery service is not available for auto lifts.
  • You cannot unload a lift by hand; you must have machinery capable of lifting the full weight of your auto lift, such as a forklift.
  • If you cannot unload from the truck, we can ship to the nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
  • You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment.

When your lift ships, we will email you the carrier information and tracking number. Freight shipping can take 12-21 days depending on your location, so please be patient.

Returns

At Garage Supply Guys, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their Challenger products. If you are not fully satisfied, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution.

General Return Guidelines

All returns for Challenger products are reviewed individually. If a return is approved, the item must be in new, unused condition, and returned with its original packaging and all included materials. Restocking Fee

Approved returns for Challenger products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of handling, inspection, and restocking the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Replacement Process

In case of defective or damaged Challenger products, we may require documentation (such as photos) to verify the issue before processing the replacement. Once verified, we will send the replacement at no cost to you.
